Products we've built, and the systems we build for clients.

These are live products we designed, built, and run ourselves, followed by sample solutions labeled as such. No invented clients or results. Client case studies get added as they become shareable.

Sample solutions

The kinds of systems we build for clients, described generally. Each one is labeled for what it is.

Business Automation, sample solution

Business Operations Automation Dashboard

The problem
Growing businesses often run operations across email, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools, so leadership has no single view of what's happening.
What we built
An operations dashboard that pulls data from existing systems into one view: pipeline status, task queues, automated alerts, and scheduled reports, with automation handling routine handoffs.
Why it matters
Illustrates how a single internal system replaces manual status-chasing with real-time visibility and automated routine work.

Involves: Internal dashboards, System integration, Automated reporting, Alerts & scheduling

Cloud Infrastructure, representative capability

Cloud Infrastructure Setup & Modernization

The problem
Applications running on aging or ad-hoc hosting suffer from slow deployments, no monitoring, and risky single points of failure.
What we built
Cloud environment setup with containerized services, automated deployment pipelines, monitoring and alerting, scheduled backups, and documented recovery procedures.
Why it matters
Shows the infrastructure baseline we bring to projects: repeatable deployments, visibility into system health, and a recovery plan that exists before it's needed.

Involves: Cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, Monitoring, Backup & recovery

Internal Operations System, sample solution

Internal Operations & Intake System

The problem
Service organizations processing requests by email and spreadsheet lose track of status, ownership, and history as volume grows.
What we built
An intake-to-completion system: structured request forms, automatic assignment and routing, status tracking, internal notes, and reporting on volume and turnaround times.
Why it matters
Illustrates replacing an inbox-driven process with a system of record. Nothing falls through, and turnaround becomes measurable.

Involves: Intake workflows, Request routing, Status tracking, Operational reporting
